PEPTIDFY® TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptidfy® website, online store, products, content, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "Peptidfy®," "Peptidfy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the entity operating the Peptidfy® online store. "You," "your," "customer," and "user" refer to any individual or entity accessing the Services or purchasing products from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, requesting a quotation, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services or purchase products from Peptidfy®.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services or purchase products from Peptidfy®.

Certain products may be subject to additional restrictions based on the product, intended application, customer type, destination, or applicable law.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

you meet all applicable age and legal-capacity requirements;
all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, import, and use the products ordered;
your purchase and intended use comply with applicable laws and regulations; and

We reserve the right to request documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or compliance.

The regulatory status of these products is not uniform.

Unless expressly authorized under applicable law and specifically represented by Peptidfy® as such, an RUO product is not offered as:

a medicine;
a drug for self-administration;
a diagnostic product;
a treatment or cure;
a product for preventing disease; or
a product for direct human or veterinary therapeutic use.

Customers purchasing an RUO product agree to use it consistently with its stated designation and applicable law.

Product names, scientific literature, references to biological pathways, research categories, or descriptions of published research do not alter a product's designated status.

4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Information provided through Peptidfy® is for general product, commercial, scientific, or educational information.

Nothing on the Services should be interpreted as individualized:

medical advice;
diagnosis;
treatment advice;
prescribing advice;
dosing advice; or
a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The inclusion of scientific information, mechanisms of action, research findings, or descriptions of a compound does not constitute a recommendation that any person use a particular product.

For questions concerning personal health, approved medicines, treatment, contraindications, interactions, administration, or dosing, consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and lawful for your intended purpose before purchasing it.

This includes responsibility for understanding and complying with applicable:

national laws;
state, provincial, or regional laws;
import regulations;
customs requirements;
licensing requirements;
laboratory requirements;
professional-use restrictions;

Peptidfy® does not represent that every product displayed on the website can legally be purchased, imported, possessed, resold, distributed, or used in every jurisdiction.

A COA should be interpreted according to the methods, limitations, and specifications stated in that documentation.

Unless expressly stated and supported by applicable documentation, Peptidfy® does not represent that every product has the same purity, testing methodology, specification, or analytical profile.

References to testing do not constitute medical approval or regulatory approval.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product as available does not guarantee inventory until an order has been accepted and processed.

We may:

establish quantity limits;
discontinue products;
change product specifications;
restrict sales by destination;
limit quantities available to a particular customer;
decline wholesale quantities; or
cancel products that become unavailable.

Where appropriate, we may contact you regarding an alternative product, revised fulfillment timeline, partial shipment, store credit, or refund.

9. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may exclude:

shipping;
customs duties;
import taxes;
VAT;

brokerage charges;
customs-processing fees; and
other governmental or carrier charges.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

10. PRICING ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, quantity, discount, shipping, or product-listing errors.

If an order is affected by a material error, we may contact you for confirmation at the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.

A clearly erroneous price does not obligate Peptidfy® to supply a product at that price where applicable law permits correction.

11. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not necessarily constitute acceptance by Peptidfy®.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but may not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to review, accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

product availability;
payment verification;
suspected fraud;
compliance concerns;
destination restrictions;
regulatory concerns;
pricing errors;
quantity restrictions;
inaccurate customer information; or
suspected misuse of the Services.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will generally refund the amount paid for the canceled items according to the applicable payment method and law.

12. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.

Orders may be held until payment has been successfully verified or cleared.

13. FRAUD PREVENTION AND VERIFICATION

To protect Peptidfy® and our customers, orders may be subject to fraud screening or additional verification.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify:

identity;
billing information;
shipping information;
payment authorization;
business information; or
transaction legitimacy.

We may decline or cancel transactions where verification cannot reasonably be completed or where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

14. WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

Peptidfy® may offer wholesale, distributor, reseller, institutional, or bulk-purchase pricing for qualifying customers.

Wholesale terms may differ from standard online-store terms regarding:

minimum quantities;
pricing;
payment;
production;
lead times;
shipping;
documentation;
cancellations;
returns; and
product availability.

A quotation does not reserve inventory unless expressly stated.

Custom quotations may have an expiration date.

Where a separate wholesale agreement, invoice, purchase order acknowledgment, or written quotation contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific terms govern to the extent of the conflict.

15. RESALE AND DISTRIBUTION

Purchasing Peptidfy® products does not automatically appoint the purchaser as an authorized distributor, dealer, representative, agent, or exclusive reseller of Peptidfy®.

No customer may claim an official distributorship, exclusivity, territorial rights, agency relationship, or authorization to act on behalf of Peptidfy® without written authorization.

Resellers and distributors are independently responsible for complying with laws applicable to their sales, advertising, labeling, storage, distribution, and customer communications.

16. SHIPPING

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times depend on destination, product type, order size, carrier availability, and other factors.

Shipping estimates are estimates unless we expressly provide a guaranteed service.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

customs processing;
carrier delays;
flight delays;
weather;
holidays;
security inspections;
governmental action;
incorrect addresses;
local delivery conditions; and
force majeure events.

Customers should not schedule time-sensitive activities based solely on an estimated delivery date.

17. SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges arising from an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Peptidfy® cannot guarantee customs clearance.

19. DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties, VAT, sales taxes, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other governmental charges depend on the destination and transaction.

The checkout page, quotation, invoice, or shipping terms will indicate whether known charges are included where applicable.

Where charges are not expressly stated to be included, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

20. DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment processing.

Tracking updates are generated by carriers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

A carrier's delivery scan may constitute evidence of delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable consumer law and the outcome of any carrier investigation.

Customers should promptly report suspected loss, misdelivery, or damage.

21. DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears incomplete, contact Peptidfy® as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

order number;
description of the issue;
photographs of the shipping package;
photographs of the product;
photographs of labels and lot information where applicable; and
any other information reasonably required to investigate.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we advise you that they are no longer required for the investigation.

Remedies are governed by our Refund/Return Policy and applicable law.

22. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Peptidfy® Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because certain products may be sensitive to storage conditions, contamination, temperature, tampering, or chain-of-custody concerns, some products may not be eligible for return after shipment or delivery except where required by law or where Peptidfy® determines that a return is appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

23. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation is not guaranteed after:

fulfillment begins;
products are allocated;
wholesale production begins;
a shipment is tendered to a carrier; or
customized or special-order work begins.

Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

24. STORAGE AND HANDLING

Customers are responsible for following the product-specific storage and handling information provided with the applicable product or documentation.

Storage requirements may differ substantially based on:

compound;
formulation;
lyophilized versus reconstituted state;
packaging;
temperature;
light exposure; and
other environmental conditions.

General information appearing elsewhere on the website should not override product-specific instructions.

Improper storage, handling, reconstitution, contamination, or use may materially affect product integrity.

Scientific knowledge evolves.

References to scientific publications or third-party research do not imply endorsement of every conclusion in those publications or that a research result establishes safety or efficacy for a particular use.

26. USER ACCOUNTS

Where account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

impersonate another person;
create accounts using false information;
attempt unauthorized access;
circumvent account restrictions; or
use another person's account without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, or Peptidfy®.

No license to use Peptidfy® intellectual property is granted except the limited right necessary to access and use the website for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Peptidfy® content without permission, except where permitted by law.

29. TRADEMARKS

Peptidfy® and associated branding may be protected trademarks or other proprietary identifiers.

Use of the ® symbol should only be made in jurisdictions and contexts where the mark is actually registered and such use is legally appropriate. Where registration has not been obtained, applicable trademark notation should be used instead.

Third-party trademarks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You must not submit content that is:

37. CUSTOMER MISUSE

failure to comply with applicable law; or
